Red Bull, gives you GRrrr

I read the post on drink riding (tut tut tut), well, most of it anyway.

Drink Riding/Driving, bad thing. How about redbull though? There is some weird ingredients in that stuff thats not listed, there must be. How can vodka and redbull on a night out make people so fcuk'd? I have heard stories of people coming back from ibiza etc and going to hospital to get their stomach pumped cos there so fcuk'd from drinking Vodka + redbull's. One of my mates from work trashed his house, punched one of his mates and started on another after a night on the V+RB.

I drink coke if im at the pub and i got my bike, occasionaly though ill have a tin of redbull. The secret ingredients in that drink makes you do things you dont normaly do. anyone had experience's, good or bad with redbull. and what are your opinions on drinking the mystical bull juice and riding.

Err... they major 'buzz' you seem to get off red bull is Caffine, though there are a few other bits in there.
Caffine is a horrible drug IMO.

VRB is bad, because its an upper and a downer in one. Rumours people have died from VRB-induced heart attacks have been flying about, but I refuse to believe them.

Its nice, but its not good for you really. Razz

Anyhow, Red Bull isn't great, its just a caffeine rush. Go with some Lucozade Sport if you want something like that, much better Smile

And yes, it was a night of 'oh no thanks I won't have a drink, I'm riding'. That stuff's just as bad!

Pro plus is wild stuff I literally sat there vibrating in my seat at work for about 20 minutes because of that stuff, although it did make me laugh a lot and did as it promised, kept me awake!

thats why people think im mad when im talking to u guys on the chat room at like 1 in the morning im normally under the influence of at least 10 cans of red bull (no vodka ..dont drink)

I went through a couple of years not drinking then realised that I was getting really depressed with having no social life (my mates drink at home or go out and drink)

When we're talking about large amounts of Caffine, I have to agree with you robby. Horrible drug... just get some speed FFS... for the same 'buzz' you need a lot less and it probably does less damage to you doing a dab than ten Red bulls Smile

I thought I was tired once and did half a pack of Pro plus in one night and I didnt sleep for 2 days. I was proper fucked when it started wear off.

And my experience with red bull is if i drink too much of it then I usually throw up.
