I made an excel ranking from a Japanese bike magazine's serial article. Same rider start riding with full tank with ultimate ECO riding and he actually tested how far he could go, and check how much petrol to refill and calculate km/L. This series tests were done from '01 Jan to '06 Feb. I converted from km to mile.
Both on motorway and A road, below 80km/h(50mph).

Riding as economically as possible. Depending on how extreme you want to get, may include slipstreaming lorries with the engine off and not stopping at junctions. Mostly though it's smooth acceleration, getting into a high a gear as possible as soon as possible (without lugging the engine), avoiding using the brakes by planning ahead, removing unnecessary weight, using a screen/fairing, wearing lycra instead of a waxed cotton Belstaff, keeping your speed down to a level that just about pisses everybody off whilst being slightly too fast to overtake and coasting down all hills.
