My old scooter was in peices awaiting scrap by me, and some shit has stolen the frame, how do I go about telling dvla? I do NOT want it back if i can help it and will scrap the engine/variator/wheel.

If you've still got the V5 fill in the bit that says the vehicle has been scrapped, put the date it was stolen as the date scrapped and send it back to them.
