Im after buying this bike so can any1 help me with what sort of price i should be looking at, what about the age of it and its obviously been droped at somepoint due to the crack in the left hand fairing.

That doesn't look too bad. I am not up on the prices, but the price doesn't look too high. The VFR should be good for high mileages, although the valves will be pigs to adjust.

A friend had one of the same model about a decade ago from new. She did 28000 miles in 2 years on it commuting to work.

I would go and have a look before bidding for it. Price wise I would check up on those on Autotrader and compare what you can buy for the same money in a normal sale.
