I've specced my next one out, slightly tighter budget though. I really like the new AMD Phenom II Black Edition processors, they're amazing for clocking up to silly speeds. I fancy a change from Intel anyway.

Antec Three Hundred case
620W Coolermaster Real Power modular power supply
AMD Phenom II X3 720 Black Edition processor
ASUS Geforce GTZ275 card
MSI 790FX-GD70 mainboard
4Gb Corsair Dominator DDR3 1600 CAS 9 memory
Xigmatek HDT-SD924 cooler
2 x 1Tb Western Digital Caviar Black hard drives
2 x Opticarc DVD-RAM drives
Wireless PCI-E network card (can't run cables here, grrr)

Also ordered myself a new Intellimouse Explorer 3.0 as mines getting a bit old now.

Total cost: 700 quid from Scan, pick it up myself as I work up the road from it.

Additions to it in a couple of months will be...

Velociraptor hard drive for system/apps
Extra 22" LCD to match the other one for dual screen (doesn't REALLY work with 22 and 17)
Possible water cooling, depends how the overclock goes.

Yeah, great solutions they are! Set some up at the mothers house for her computer and the nephews xbox.

Unfortunately they won't work here Sad Think it's something to do with them needing to be on the same ring main, it's some weird wiring in this place.
