Its by power, which is 14.something and it has to be less than 125cc

naa, you have to be under 125cc and 14.7hp
the 200cc 2stroke twin would be more like 35hp.
what type of bike were you after? basic commuter, sports, doesn't matter as long as it's cheap?

either one seems like a good deal, but i'd go for the CG cos it's honda and will possibly re-sell for more when you come to sell it.

Hi

Those CB125Ts were OK. Electric start 4 stroke twin. Not that quick, but not that slow (70~75), fairly large and comfy. Fairly well built. Totally impossible to derestrict.

By the way an RD200 was a claimed 20hp, and in reality probably a fair bit less
