Try turning up the idle speed so that it idles a little faster. Try opening the throttle very gently and see if you can get the revs to pick up at all before it cuts out.
Doesn't sound like a blocked jet, perhaps a damaged diaphram?
It could also be running lean. Can you rev it with the choke on?

It wont idle at all... I`ve tried adjusting the idle screw all the way from top to bottom and back again.
Yes it does rev when the choke is on, then dies when the choke is off Thumbs Up

It's running lean. Make sure the mixture screw is how the manual says. It's normally screw it in all the way, then 2 turn out or something. Another possability for the running lean is an air leak. Spray WD40 around the carb rubber when the bike is running, if the rev's pick up its running on the WD its sucking in through the leak.

It burns perfectly okay, so it won't be a problem especially if you only spray it a bit. The rubber has probably split or stretched where the carb sits. You can seal it with silecone or something for a quick bodge if you need the bike running there and then, or you can buy a new rubber for about a tenner.
