 |
|
Evening all. Got my AR back on the road (YAY!!!) And went for a rideout with ma brother tonight, but his NS125R has a few runnng issues
Accelerating is fine, upto about 6000rpm then the engine bogs, msfires, and backfires with a squeeky pop, followed by loads of 2stroke smoke. after about 7000rpm, it clears
the bike is stock, but has removed the restrctors from the reed block and the exhaust.
I would assume not enough fuel, but a backfire is usally too much fuel isnt it?
Also, the neutral light is temprmental, and gearsare sometimes difficult to obtain
Can anyone help?
Cheers all! |

Do you not need to fully re-jet the carb after de-restriction to stop the bike running lean? Has the Bike not long been de-restricted? Maybe thats his prob! ____________________ All i want is an easy life!! |
