The correct banana prank involves a short length of pasta, and as much time as possible.

Insert spaghetti into banana. Moisture from banana absorbs into spaghetti, making it moist. Target eats banana, tastes something different but can't figure out what. Further investigation reveals half a soft white thing living in said banana. Fun ensues.
