Would be pretty exhilarating to do it but you really are trusting to luck that you won't get killed by someone changing lanes because at those speeds you couldn't do much. Thing is when you're tearing along like that your brain seems to speed up and it all seems very controllable and sedate until suddenly you have to brake or manoeuvre and you realise how fast you're going and just how long it takes to stop.
