2002 Triumph TT600 Running Problems

I recently purchased a 2002 TT600, it worked for 1 day then the problems started.

Cutting out when coming to stop
Not starting when cold
Not starting when hot
Very rough, lumpy and erratic idle speed
Cutting out when the fan kicked in

I personally replaced the spark plugs and an ignition coil plug cap which was corroded but the problems continued.

I contacted the guy I purchased the bike from and he told me he had put Speed 4 cams in, at this point I contacted my local dealer and booked it in.

It has now gone to the dealer who say they have tried various engine maps with both the GENUINE triumph race can that was on there and a standard can they had kicking around but she's still not running right, they are telling me I need to fork out over £1000 for a new throttle body assembly, the bike has done just over 8000 miles and has full service history.

Any ideas or suggestions would be gratefully received.
