That's a car oil.

Personally I wouldn't use car oil in my bike, but there are many that have with no ill effects.

I use Shell Advance VSX 4T oil, which is what the place I get my bike serviced at (An authorised Yamaha dealer that's been around for 50 years or so) uses. I use the same as them as to be sure it'll mix without problems if/when I have to top up. Thumbs Up

Just got some silkoline semi 10w40, although the litre doesnt seem to get to the top of the dipstick so i used 100ml of the hg i had left.
