knackered reed valve advice/questions?

what is the running of an engine like with a broken reed valve (not lying flat)??

is it loss of power, rev's staying high then slowely coming back down (like throttle sticking), and now and again back fire's
or basicly running like shit..


not touched a 2 stroke for so many years trying to learn a bit.

Turn the reed valves over so they lay flat. Works for me.
