I have a 1995model rs125.. The bike will bump and start fine. But will not start off the button... The engine is turning and i have a spark. Any help would be grate

Starting problem... I have a rs 125 1995model. The bike will start fine off a bump.But will not start off the button.. I have just put a sec handbottem end in the bike. CAN ANYONE GIVE ME ADDVICE PLZ ????
