my thoughts are:

1. speed triple
2. 'busa (prob a little too powerful lol)
3. blackbird

nothing too sporty, not very keen on the riding position.

budget about 4-5k excluding insurance

look foward to your suggestions.

Thumbs Up

Any would be nice.

The Busa is actually pretty damned civil to live with. The engine is super strom but smooth and predictable.

Hard one out of the three as they are all rather good.

How can anything be too powerful? It just mean you dont have to twist the grip so far as the others Confused

What will you be using the bike for?

How often will you be riding and what distances are you likely to cover?

What types of roads will you be using?

I know I'm answering a question with more questions, but it would help us to make a decision on what's likely to suit you.

My opinion is that the speed triple is the coolest, but I'd probably buy the blackbird just because of what I would like from a bike.

I haven't got time to go into why that is wrong but it is.

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

Those triples are suppposed to be the business.

I find Supermotos great fun, but they dont have the kerb appeal if posing outside cafes is your thing, seeing a triple on the list though holds out hope!!

Oops just saw A roads and motorway, triples out as is a Supermoto, something along the lines of the blackbird is more sensible, a VF or similar??
