Hi guys,
Just after a bit of advice here. I'm planning to bugger off for about 3-4 days on the bike for a bit of scenery and decent road riding. I'm looking at just taking a light rucksack with me and stopping after a days ride at a pub/B&B. Living in stroud (near gloster), i was planning on heading into wales and sort of heading northish, then cutting across south of liverpool, across to the east coast and back over the course of the 3-4 days i have. What sort of mileage do you reckon i could do in a day? I know that depends on how fast i go , but just looking at getting the balance right between a good days ride, and busting me gonads to get to a B&B in the middle of the night! Anyone on here done a similar sort of trip? Any suggestions on biker-friendly B&B's??
Cheers,

Kings Lynn to Eastbourne is a rubbish route. A long way and you have to get around london.
I'd do wales and the the peaks in your position. Not so many miles but more relaxing |
