not the best pic but its a finned ally block plumbed into the brakes!
Anyone care to enlighten? |

Correct, they are completely useless and can be expensive to replace, Ive gotten into the habit of not connecting any line to them to avoid them causing a problem on all my bikes, if i want the suspension stiffer ill put thicker oil in.
