Any suggestions? All the universal ones are full of 'oles, and the mornings are starting to get a bit brisk...

(I know there is always the milk bottle variant and I may be a bit of a cheapskate, but I do have some pride!)

What do you want them to do? If it's too keep you warm, I'd suggest a solution with muffs.
I us muffs with a bit of pressed-bent shelving to form a brush-guard and hold the hand guard off the levers etc.

Get a pair of Cold Killers. My hands used to freeze too but these work a treat.

Aye, it's to keep the chill off my hands. I like the idea of the custom muffs, I may have to see what I can find.

I must confess to having an eye on transalp stylee guards, however, so if someone can suggest something similar, I'd be grateful!

Can you not just tape the holes up?

I could, but that starts to go back towards 'milk bottles and gaffer tape territory'.

Having seen my bike, it's obvious I'm not too fussed about looks, but I'm sure it's possible to make bits of plastic without filling them full of 'speed holes'!

I fitted Oxford bar muffs but took them off soon after. They reduce access to the choke lever and in cold weather, I'd rather be able to easily flip the choke lever than have the wind block.
