Hi,
I have a simple question really, I need to put my 125 through an MOT soon, but the front mudguard has snapped off, and was wondering if this would fail an MOT? Thanks.

No, it isn't a requirement BUT if it acts as a fork brace, you have to have the fork brace bit or a fork brace.

EDIT: This bike passed an MOT less than 24h before this picture was taken. As you can see. It does not have a mudguard.
