I have a street pilot, indoors never get more than a bar, outside once your moving no problem get all bars depending on how built up the area is. I think it also depends on how its set up in the settings. Go through these and post what you have set and I will check against mine.

It always takes a little while to find itself especially straight out of the box, being indoors doesn't help. Cracking little bit of kit for the money paid.

ahhh Vincent thanks for that i was looking all over for that post lol

And yeah i think it was because it was straight out teh box because I got upto 3 bars in my house.

Just another little question....

I was planning on using those industrial velcro circular patches from Halfords. They are supposed to hold 4kg per patch (overkill for this gps?!) but I wanted to know if it would damage the black top yoke on my bike if i stuck the velcro pad on it because it is a VERY strong patch lol....

There doesn't seem to be anywhere to put that on my handle bars Confused lol

but do you reckon the black top yoke would be damaged by the adhesive on the velcro patch?!?
