ok got this old dog thats been used for sand raceing but has a v5 so thought sod it project

this how i got it (not my garden)

trust me the pics do it justice lol its really that bad

so the plan is to 1st get it ready for an mot once its moted strip it tidy it up n rebuild

so far ive fitted brake pads and rear caliper for some reason it had no pads and no brake fluid

next i decided to fit a rear light

then i found the twin rear cans were rotten so decided to fit xl600 single exhaust

there is no way on this earth there going to fit so im gonna make new rear pipes in time

so while the front pipes are off im cleaning them up

should be nice project to get on with over the winter Thumbs Up , but personally think if its been sand raced i would strip all to frame and repaint the whole thing

damn you raised my hopes then, i thought it was a norton dommie not a honda one Crying or Very sad

should make a nice SM once it's finished but i would replace every bolt since it has been near the beach.

the whole bike will be stripped and poweder coated once its had an mot dont wanna do all that work just to find frames bent or somthing daft its 1 of 3 bikes i own so its not needed in any hurry so once i know it can be road legal it will have a full nut and bolt rebuild watch this space Thumbs Up
