What Bike (Closure)

Some of you may have been my previous posts on what new 125 to get well in the end I seen a Honda Varadero but was way down in Glasgow a good bit from THurso.

However just got back riding it all the way and over the moon with it, feels so much bigger and more than capable cam einto its own at Barrydale.

Thanks for everyone's advise.

Did you look at the Derbi Terra? Varadero styling but single cylinder? There apparently is a Derbi dealer in Wick, which is a little closer to you hence me asking.

Would love to have the Honda myself, but they're thin on the ground, and I had found the Derbi as a look alikey at £2.5k quite attractive. Who has £4k for the Honda new?

Enjoy - I'm just jealous. Been a while since I've camped in Thurso, great roads up there.

A good choice of machine. The baby Dero is well liked by many and is used to go all over the land. Up where you are it comes into it;s own as a 125. Enjoy it and be careful. Thumbs Up

Well managed to get a very good deal on this 2003 model

As I was unfamiliar with this bike kept it around 55-60 most of the way until past inverness then gave a little more when i got used to it.

Very quiet engine and seems to pull quite well through all the gears all in all very impressed never thought you would get a 125 as good as this.

Was planning to use this just for the winter but think i will keep for longer i think.
