I haven't had a really good look yet... but it ain't where it's supposed to be.

So, who do I need to ring about sorting out my pink licence? The test centre where I passed, the DSA, or the DVLA?

Cheers,
Dodd

You'll be banned for a year and will have to re-do your theory and practical I'm afraid. Wink

LOL....no you dont have to do your test again!!

I lost my driving licence and driving pass certificate just after i passed my test, so i called up the DVLA and they just asked me to fill in the D101 form (or whatever it is) from a post office, along with the photocard licence form (i had a paper licence) and send them off with a cover letter to this special address they gave me for lost pass certificates. On the cover letter you need to put the date and place that you took your test etc etc. A week later i had a full licence! sorted.

So ring the DVLA, and tell them what has happened. They will tell you the 2 forms you need and give you the address, and dont forget to ask for your driver number so you can fill it in on the forms.

Hope this helps
Lee

Oh yeah, and you have to pay the price of a replacement licence, which i think is £17 or something

hi

dont know much about this but wouldnt it be better ringing the DVLA instead of the DSA??. As i understand it the DSA deal with the tests and the DVLA deal with all the paperwork and forms.

im probably totaly. wrong just trying to sound smart Wink

thx

One of the first things my instructor said to me after I passed was 'make copies of your documents before you do anything with them'.

Yes! The actual certs have probably been shredded/chucked out at the DVLA, while one set of copies is in my archive email at work and the other is on this Hard drive.
