I had one of these ages ago and got it out again, It was the insecta model, which has now died.

I got this yesterday: https://www.smythstoys.com/other-construction-cars-helicopters/picooz-deluxe-g04589pd.aspx?qwSessionID=91be45b3-80fa-4701-b65f-c369d3f1623d

A lot better than the insecta in terms of how well it handles, there's a button on the controller to make the heli fly forwards which makes it a lot more fun to fly... fly-time is also a lot longer Smile

Anyone else have one or could recommend another model worth buying? At £20 they're brilliant fun, cant get enough of them. Thumbs Up

I got a couple of these for my birthday in January and soon got bored - they just don't work as well as they are advertised to. One of them is a Chinook which is the better flyer but by the time you've managed to level it out in the air and stop it spinning round the battery is dying and it needs recharging again. Then you keep repeating the process again and again and again!

I want an RC boat instead now... Laughing

I went through a phase of making scale RC boats out of balsa wood and GRP etc. I keep meaning to get back into it now I actually have a disposable income, rather than saving up pocket money to buy expensive stuff only to ruin it with a massive bodge! Embarassed
