Today i have been mostly making:

Now i have a load of seeds, but does anyone else look out for their feathered friends inc squirrels and any - other being who cares for a bite ?

And if so have you any recomendations for food besides seeds ?

Thankfully 95% of the time mollys walks great and knows not to pull, which is why i have changed to the half choke collar which is great. They are actually called half control collars.

Mainly for ease as they come on and of easily and dogs in excitement of impending walks struggle with dressing up and fitting legs in holes !! Well Molly does anyway !!

Harnessess have their uses with certain dogs temperaments and sizes, as for being chavvy, they are if they are leather with metal studs on, normally accompanied by a nike baseball cap nob head who we can only hope treats their dog better than their fashion !!

You'll be lucky if the birds can even find it, that's one garden that'd look better covered in concrete. On the upside it's not cluttered with derelict furniture and a decades worth of other rubbish.

I can also confirm that many of said birds are already frequenting my new build meadow.

By the the time i can be bothered with playing alan titchmarch in the 100 foot meadow minus the settee, i will be to busy on a bike seeing the many great sites and places within our land that should never be concreted over.

Back on topic I have hanging from my bird table - a feeder that takes 4 "fat balls" (£6.99 for a tub of 50 from Wilkos), a feeder containing peanuts and a feeder that takes one of the flat fat blocks.

As my neighbour says, and she knows her onions when it comes to wild birds, if you're going to put food out, you *must* make sure you carry on putting it out through the winter months, as the birds will come to rely on it.

Going to make something similar with the kids soon, only ours will have an anti-cat design so the birds can feed without becoming dinner themselves.
