Just bought it pre-owned on my PS3 last night from Grainger Games for £10 (bargain!) and I played it and the amount of terror it instills in you is quite amazing. Needless to say I don't think I'll ever be able to talk to a small girl ever again unless I have a gun in my hand.

Only played it up to the end of Interval 02 - Initiation but I sense there's a lot more weird stuff to go. Graphics aren't fantastic but seeing as it's been out a while on the Xbox 360 and then ported over to the PS3 and has now been out a fair while on that too then it's not too bad.

Controls I found by default are arranged in a poor manner, R1 should always be shoot and L1 should always lob a grenade or be alternate fire.

Still think it's going to be an excellent buy. Anybody else got it or had it?

Completed that the 2nd one and the expansion.

Great game, the 2nd carries on but not as compelling and the expansion is more of the same.

Enjoy it and if you have the nuts wear headphones, I did, the scratching sound still makes my skin crawl Laughing

I don't think I could. Lol. Wouldn't mind trying it through my hifi though. I still can't get over how much that little girl scares me like, creepy little tramp.

good game, first played and completed it in 2005 on the pc! bet the graphics still look pretty sharp? loads of atmosphere. loved the gun that instantly fries people. played it on my xbox360 in 2006, prefer the mouse/keyboard control combo.

Ive only played No2 so im not sure how it comepares to the first one.
I liked the satisfying gun play and to top it off the atmosphere is brilliant, i was glued to the game from the moment i stuck it on and only played that until completion.
Some of the ideas and designs in the game were good too, i liked the level designs. Thumbs Up

I got bored quite quickly, very atmospheric but so repetitive - every enemy looks the same, they use the same tactics with the same guns. Good game, too repetitive.
