I dunno kris, If you stick your body up as a sail, then the wind resistance should help lift the bike as well as the hill =)

How was it generally? Did ya have fun?

For the mountain you have to make sure you actually shut the throttle at the top of the first bit... one time I thought I'd go for it and ended up wheeling half the little straight.

It was great fun, shame it was cut short.
It is really easy to get the front wheel up, harder to keep it down.
Yeah Dusty, there were a few jumping it. I had the back wheel off a little once or twice. That usually happened when I rolled off the throttle trying to keep the front wheel down.
Got chatting to a blike on a Mille and he had the front up every time on the mountain, just after the mountain, then on the straight

One bloke while we were up there, wheelied over the mountain, failed to put it down went straight across the grass, came off and somehow managed to flip his bike up onto the like 6 foot high banking in the woodland section. He was ok, but fook knows how he managed to get his bike up on that banking. We had to wait while they tried to figure out how to get it back down.

There were one or 2 crashes there Monday too. One guy went straight after the mountain, then decided not to take the corner. He rolled on the grass then the front wheel dug in, not too much left of the bike and he got a broken collar bone. There were a few more slides too.

Yeah, most of the crashes while we were there were in the woodland area. For about half the day it was damp under the trees so I was taking it a bit easy, I really didn't like the 90 degree right hander as you come out of the trees, fook all run off. My favorite corner had to be the big sweeping one after the left at the end of the start/finish straight (sorry I can never remember the names of corners).
