sorry im still bumming around europe in the camper, ill be back in the next couple of weeks so will get to diagrams shortly,
as for your bike
try https://www.serviceaprilia.com/public/lum/ it has owners manuals, sometimes they have diagrams in it, i can't see you bike listed but you could try the mx125 or the etx125 diagrams, i think the early etx has the same motor etc so may have similar if not the same wiring as well,
or the early rs125 might give a clue as well, all the 2 stoke 125s wll be wired similarly
heres the rs manual with a diagram inside

Thanx, i have RS manuals but none of the wiring to the reg/rectifier have the same wire set up ? I did find a AF1 125 manual last night but , its in Italian & for a 92 bike, & I'm not sure its for the same bike as mine has a single sided swing arm & the manual shows a double ?? so i'm still lost. Have a great time in Europe !

Hi guys! I'm very new to this forum and only reason i registered is because I'm looking and searching internet for Gilera's KZ/KK 125 wiring diagram, altough I've found a few similiar diagrams that match about 80% but that's just not what I'm looking for eaven though is very close. Apologies in advance on my English, and apologies to Admins beacuse I didn't introduce myself on forum properly. And reason why I actually need diagram is beacuse my very own is highly damaged and it passed numerous owners that weren't so carry about him. I will start by stripping whole isolation and wire by wire will build(repair) diagram and post when it's done. The only problem is that I'm travelling a lot so I don't have very much time for this, but when I'm done I'll upload it here, or if someone else post it here, it will be just as good.

Sorry for long post! Thanks in advance!

NC24 Wiring diagram; I've not seen one anywhere else on the interwebs, so I've translated and coloured this one accordingly. There may be some lines on here that are supposed to be spotted instead of striped; I've only gone by what's listed on the diagram - I've not had the time to cross-check it one the bike yet.

best i can manage is the dt125e (2a6) which i think is the years before yours, there was a suppliment for your model that gets added to this manual, but i havnt been able to find a downloadable version,

all in all, i can't imagine their is much different apart from a couple of body work bits,

manual with diagrams
owners manual
parts fiche

Have you got a diagram for a 1987 ? Aprilia AF1 125 Futura or know when i could download a manual ? I want to get the Ex Race bike on the road. its mainly the spade connectors to the regulator that is the main problem
Thanx

If it is a Futura it will be 1990 or newer (they were replaced by the RS125 in 1992, but still sold in the UK until 1993). A 1987 AF1 would have 16" wheels.

All the best

I just edited some GN 250 ones to make them easier to read. Thought I'd share.

I'll clarify: I didn't make the complete one, I just found that on google images. I just did the editing into separate systems to make it easier to read. For the small sections where I had to heal the dotted lines I just did it manually with two two colors in paint or copy/pasted it over.
