hi i was wondering how i would move the exaust to an underseat position i have seen it done before its a cbr 125

like this

is thre a place u can buy this from as i havent found it or will the pipe have to be made ?

Hi

Custom exhaust. Fair few places around that will make one off exhausts. And in the case of the one in the pictures, probably make sure your shock is set rock solid to stop the tyre catching on it.

non ajustable shock and any idea what it would problly cost for custom made

Hi

To be honest no idea of the cost. Too much dependent on who you get to do the work.

The one in the pics just looks like someone hasn't put enough effort into tucking it out of the way. Doesn't look like there is that much clearance between the tyre and the exhaust.
