MS Malicous Removal Tool

Hi,

I used to run this every month until it stated to download itself via windows update and i recall reading somewhere that it runs itself once downloaded ...

Is this the case, and or should i blank it anyway as i have malwarebytes, defender and spybot and spywareblaster, plus avg antivirus.

I have these different programs as i read it helps to cover the spectrum of attacks.

Any advice or clarification much appreciado ..
