Facing 6-8 points on meh license which means I'm gonna loose my job so I cant sort out my bike license now not only that I'll be broke again.

Shit just hasn't worked out for the last 5 years really fucking fed up now.

Stating that you will loose your job doesn't mean they will let you off without a ban.

At the end of the day, you are to be punished, and if that means loosing your job then so be it.

What they will take into account is, if you can't support your self thus not being able to pay bills, rent/mortgage and end up on the street. Getting into financial hardship getting you into a lot of debt and possibly bankrupt etc etc.

This is from what i have read on various websites (can't link you, sorry). I am in the same boat, with regards to the ban that is.

Iirc, they can't punish you in a way that will affect your 'life'. What they mean as 'life' i don't know, whether that means simply loosing your job or becoming a bum and chilling in a squat with loads of crackheads i'm not sure.

If the policy was genuinely badly worded or incorrectly worded then you will need to take it to court and explain it and they should either let you off with less points or totally throw it out if the insurance company actually worded it in such a way to suggest you were insured, that is their lookout. If you just misread it though or failed to understand it then you'll get done for it but if you can show it was a genuine mistake you may get off more lightly.
