Twisted frame & frame alignment garages..........

Evening folks,
How are we all. I've not been on here for a while, too busy out on the bike , but now the evenings are getting colder & darker & sooner, I guess I'll be in here more often

I've managed to get myself a little winter project , but I want to check that the frame is true & correct before I start to throw my hard earned £££ at her.

Is it at all advisable, (if the frame is bent), to get it aligned correctly or will this lead to more weakening/stresses on the frame
If it wasn't advisable to get the frame re aligned, then surely there wouldn't be companies that carry out this process, would there

I've googled (& been kind of reccommended) a company called Motoliner in Maidstone, Kent that carries out frame alignment.

Now I'm not sure that the frame is actually twisted or bent, but I want to make 100% sure. While Maidstone isn't too far away from me here in Gatwick, does anyone know of or can reccommend somewhere nearer

I'm also being very cautious with this. Reason being is this:

What if the frame is all true & correct, but the company get back to me saying, "Yeah it's twisted, & it'll cost you x amount to get it fixed".

I mention this as it costs £££ just to have the frame checked, then more £££ if you wish to have it repaired.

Are there any BCF members in this industry who I can trust not to rip me off & I could bring my bike to you

I would strip it and post it to John Warrington Motorcycles in Malton. He has a very trick alignment machine and I'd stake my reputation on his integrity.
