I crashed

I was on a single track road, yesterday morning(sunday) five minutes into a ride out.. following my mate and I lost it in a patch of gravel on a bend. luckily was only travelling 25-30 mph but i didn't gain control.... ended up in a ditch and over the handlebars. As far as I can remember the front wheel just went from under me. It happened so fast?

Not a scratch on me but the bike has bent handlebars, cracked headlamp, bent headlamp carrier, bent mirror stem, twisted throttle clamp.

was a bit shook up as to be expected so went home and got my other bike out and went to brecon for a nice ride out to calm my nerves
