What he said. Just "deleting" parts and swaping in unknown components is hardly a good idea. Take a step back and try do a proper job of it. you'll thank yourself when it doesn't fuck itself up miles away from home.

Here's a piece of advice for you from someone who has been through the sort of thing you're going through. Build it back to standard. Get it going, and ride it. Bikes are not like lego, you can't generally fit parts from one to another. There are, occasionally some commonalities. For example, some Suzukis can have a direct front end swap without too much messing about. Some Kawasakis use the same engine mounting layout between 750cc and 900cc bikes. It's rare though, and most of the time doing stuff like that involves a lot of messing about.
