Anyone got one?
If so what type of memory card do you use?
Basically I'm curious if it's really necessary to get a class 10 card for the video?
Had a google but got confused by the number and type of hits.
FWIW I use a SanDisk UltraII CF card in the 400d and find it ok for photos. Was going to get the same in SDHC (class 4) until the query about video cropped up.
Looking to buy the camera as a gift so wanted to know the best to get for using it straight away.
Thanks in anticipation. ____________________ ...and the whirlwind is in the thorn trees, it's hard for thee to kick against the pricks...

Ok, I think I've got this from a combination of google and Canon site.
Apparently Class 6 card needed for highest quality video.
I also understand the max. video size is apparently restricted to 4Gb or 12 minutes. This is despite the fact you might have > 4Gb SDHC card in the camera.
So I'm going to get a 8Gb class 6 card to start, £14-£16 atm from 7 day shop.
The SanDisk ExtremeIII 8Gb is also class 6 and £40 (although curiously the SanDisk Extreme 4Gb is class 10 and £18 2x4Gb cheaper than 1 8Gb)
