How much & where to find double akropovic slip ons?

I'm ready to put my bike up for sale now and move over to a KTM Duke 640 as soon as mine sells.

I have got about £3,500 cash when mine sells (hopefully get £1700 - £1800 for it)

I've test ridden one and I love it but I don't like the standard cans. There's a few bikes local to me but they're all standard cans.

I've had a little mooch on google but can't find anything. Does anyone know how much and where I can buy a set of double akropovic cans for it or even recommend a better set?

Going to be very expensive whatever. Keeping an eye on ebay and the UK KTM forum. Not sure many other brands make them specifically for these bikes - if they do, US ebay may be worth a look.

Have you checked the price of the 690SM? I haven't had a proper ride on the 640 engined KTMs, but one of the reasons I went for the 690 is that it's known to be a lot smoother ride.
There's a 690SM on ebay for £3600 - sure they're ugly, but otherwise pretty similar to the Duke, from what I know. Duke's are going to be a bit more as they're a year newer - expect the 690s will depreciate relatively less than the last of the old model.
Given the choice, I'd go for the lighter SMC model for road-riding, but they will be even more cash.

The standard cans don't have removable baffles do they?

Possibly with a hole-saw. The can on my 690 Enduro definitely doesn't - but that's a 'new' design with the cat in the exhaust (main reason I got the tarty Akrapovic was weight saving, honest ).
