Hi

Think they are common to loads of Suzukis.

Old Bandit caliper I had got used on a TL1000S year back.

However they are not that difficult or expensive to rebuild. Dismount the caliper, crack off the bolts that hold the caliper halves together, put something between the pistons and pump the brake. Slacken the bolts a touch more and pump a bit more. With luck the caliper halves will push appart slightly off the pins before the fluid leaks between the halves.

Failing that get some mole grips on the pins and try and turn them. Will take a while but hopefully will work.

All the best

Keith

Cheers Keith but this one is buggered. I came to undo the bleed nipple and the whole boss sheared off!

Hi

Ahh, that might do it.

I think that you can get pattern ones. Try your local dealer and get them to look in the Hi Level catalogue. That said Wemoto have them at £140 and new they appear to be ~£150 from Suzuki, which suggests a 2nd hand one is going to be a fair bit cheaper.

Should be common enough 2nd hand as long as you don't mine rebuilding it.

All the best

Keith

You could get that out carefully with a screw driver i reckon mate, tap a phillips into it and alot of pressure an slight turning like really gentle? Worked on a sheered engine bolt one time...
