hi all my son has a derbi senda sm his stator plate broke up i have replaced it and the magneto but i get no spark, anyone help?

hi derbi engines use two different stator plates on is ducati i dont know the name of the other one but these are not interchange able so make sure you have the right one also if you have fitted a second hand stator check continuity between all the wires from the coils on the stator tho the connections on the coil these are colour coded my sons had a hair line crack in one of the wires a blob of solder fixed this

i only use new parts i have the right stator plate lenoll i have ordered a new coil will have to see if that works
