Well, the bike will take care of weightsaving as it leaves a trail of parts behind it, so it may go marginally faster just before it implodes on itself.

I think you'd be very very hard pushed to find any modification parts for it. As above, just ride it how it is and don't tamper with it unless you have to.

I cant even pronounce the name of the bike and I have never heard of it. I am not shocked your looking for parts and not confident you will find it.
