I don't know if any of you have used these lot before, but they have seriously pi$$ed me off today.

I ordered a Xena alarmed disc lock from them last week, clearly due to the postal strike I knew it would be delayed, so I called them today to check it had been despatched. The guy didn't have the details so he said he'd call me back. 6 hours later, I hadn't heard from them so I called again only to be advised that the product was out of stock and wouldn't be available for two weeks.

I asked the guy why they had taken my order if the product was out of stock and he said he didn't know, he also said that he would update the website - well, as you can see, 3 hours later they still haven't:

I don't normally believe in naming and shaming but the guy's attitude sucked so as far as I'm concerned he can go fúck himself.

In this day and age surely real-time stock tracking isn't that difficult!
