Recover it, very easy to do and will be good as new, can get the material from ebay for about £15 including delivery. Lots of different options and colours available on there.
I recently done my pillion seat as it was purple- I have made it black to match front seat. It turned out so well (my pillion seat looks brand new)- I am tomorrow going to do the main seat as it is not in perfect condition.

Take the old cover off, note how the material was folded under the seat and attatched before you do this- I took some digital photos in case I needed to look back at them.

I used this as an oppurtunity to clean the seat both plastic and foam parts.

When properly dry, spray the foam surface of seat with glue (the stuff they use for sticking down carpet tiles is ideal).

Then cover, fixing the material down where required with a heavy duty stapler, my mate actually just used drawing pins for his which seem too work well for him.

I've bought seat covers for friends for various types of bikes, sometiems they're good because they can give better grip or more comfort. Also they have them in custom colours and designs which is always nice.

If not just ask a tailor to stitch something up for you, but I reccomend you buy a seat cover, they're easy to apply.

Dye it back to the colour you want. Or get some fabric and re-dress it.

Although I wouldn't personally - I do like the Kwaka seat covering!! Thumbs Up
