Anyone heard this band yet?

My bro told me about these a couple of months ago and i completly forgot about it. A new band with Dave Grohl , Josh homme and john paul jones called 'them crooked vultures' pretty awsome stuff, think the albums out fairly soon.

They played a secret set at Reading this year.

Being a big Foo's and QOTSA you can tell I was quite shocked to see them together. I'm looking forward to it all.

yeah i was quite shocked to hear that JPJ was in on it aswell . There all just filled with awsomeness and you can tell!

Just listened to that. It's a bit flat, to be honest. The last thing I heard Grohl drumming properly on was QOTSA and he kicked ass then. This single just lacked a bit of spark I think. JH's voice is too low in the mix. The guitar sounds processed. Doesn't feel 'dirty' enough for me.

can't beat kyuss in my opinion, but this is still a good step in a direction
