At last this atrocious suspect was arrested.

I was deploring how japanese police is incompetent. And sometimes we wondered if he was already dead somewhere, but every time I see bounty photo at stations, I could never forgive this guy.
It took 2years and 7months after the idiot police man failed to arrest this suspect at his apartment!
I really fees sorry for her parents and I hope this suspect get a heavy penalty. If not, I deplore again.
