Today I did do...Making Chili sauce

Went out and got rat arsed last night, stayed over a mates and woke up this morning wanting a kebab. So we set to cooking some chicken and flat bread and decided chili sauce would top it all off nicely. Went out to his green house and picked about 15 little red chilis (spicy fuckers) he ate half of one and tears were streaming out of his eyes. So we boiled them up with some vinegar, ketchup and sugar and simmered them until it was all nice and thick and then wizzed it up.

The result, two jars of very hot and very tasty chili sauce! Happy days.

Anyone else got any recipes to share? Would rather not have used ketchup but didnt know how it would turn out with tomatoes instead and it still tastes pretty good!

I ate a Dorset Naga chilli the other day at work (one of my colleagues thought it'd be funny to dare me).

Oh my god I totally regret eating that thing, they sell them in tesco's and they're the hottest chilli's they do.

I had to leave work that afternoon cause of the laxative effect it had on me
