I've been looking for bike insurance lately however, I've come across a problem. I had a car accident in Feb (car hit ice and completely 360'd into three cars) - how do I tell the insurance companies about this? The "add a claim" function is rider-related? Is there a way around this or something? Question Neutral

Rider / Driver its the same thing. On the sites they class you as a rider, but even if you crashed in a car you are still a rider are you not?

The claim details need entered, however obviously when it asks you if it was on this policy the answer is No.
