What's it worth?

My 1993-94 gsxr 1100 wp.

33k on clock, 3 months of tax and mot.
Just had a new chain and stainless steel link pipe added.

I don;t want to sell it, but being financially screwed, means I have no choice, so just wondering if it would be worth what I would like for it, £1300 as is.
Never sold a bike before. I normally ride them until they crumble.
