The Mrs TTR250 takes the following standard tyre sizes:
Front = 300-21
Rear = 460-18
Am I right in thinking this equates to 80-100-21 and 100-100-18?
Any help, appreciated

Multiply by 25.4, so 3.00 = 76.2mm so yes 80 is the closest, although a more common trail bike tyre size is 90/90-21 which would still fit.
4.60 x 25.4=116.84mm so 120 is the right width, again a normal profile for 120 is 120/80-18
