Got a game planned for tomorrow, not played for ages, anyone on here play regularly (I used to, but as I said, not for a while).

Hope my balls haven't perished {fnar fnar}

I think it is a great sport, you can really build up a sweat and thrash some frustration/anger/stress out!! Cool

If you do play, what squash racket/s have you got (post a link to a pic/s).

Used to play loads. Was always quite crap at it though. Or maybe it was that my opponents were just really good at it??

One thing is for sure, if you haven't played in a long time your legs and butt cheeks are gonna ache like fook tomorrow!

I was always told it was meant to be quite bad for your body... Anyway it requires hand eye coordination, which I lack. Hence I don't play Squash or Tennis Laughing

Although it does seem to be popular with my friends

Its only fun if you play people the same sort of skill level as you. As for aches and pains ... I am quite an 'active' person, so I think I am more likely to suffer aches and bruises from bashing myself against the walls and floor!!! Very Happy

It is lots of stop-start, so pretty heavy on the knees. To be honest if you look at the really good people that play, they actually don't move THAT much from the T.
