Nice one Gary and cheers again for letting me tag along.

I knew it was going to be a test of my newbie ability as I nearly had my first off on your newly laid 'glass-like' drive ...........cheers for the warning Wink

The lanes we used were superb and a bit of a test for somebody like me with a big bike and no ability. KTM 4 Honda 0?? Does that refer to how many times I came passed you because you were riding so slow or does it refer to my 'offs' in those 3' deep ditch like ruts you took me down. I think we both know the truth!!

Admitedly I did have a couple of 'moments' but my best one was when my confidence was starting to build. I was trying to keep up with Gary down this lane with a hedge to my left and a field to my right. I was not hanging about when all of a sudden I hit a rut that threw me into the newly ploughed potato field - at speed! As I was fighting with the bars and trying to keet it upright is all I kept saying to myself was "shit this is gonna hurt" but somehow I managed to keep it on 2 wheels and when I eventually stopped about 25yds into the field I couldn't stop laughing - quality!!!

All in all it was a good days riding and a great introduction, thanks again Gary and I look forward to our next outing in a couple of weeks time!! Thumbs Up
