as title sez im looking for a well looked after 05 onwards trials bike gas gas scorpa montessa or sherco not beta the left hand kickstart would do my head in

The left kikstart on a beta is actually not as 'nutty' as you think ... it being on the left also allows you to hold the bike on the back brake (RHS) as you kick it over with your other foot ... a 'marks' saver in competition that!! Wink

Your first start of the day can be done off-bike too, so you can use your right foot for that ...

The 'Rev-3' is VERY popular in club trials.

In short - don't dismiss the Beta purely on the fact it has LH kickstart!! Smile

it does all sound very good but i have had a beta and i hated it i will never ever buy another one it just does not work for me
